How can I subscribe to a plan?

We recommend to book a demo with one of our product specialists before subscribing to any plan to make sure it is a good fit for your business. If you would like to proceed with a subscription without a demo, please reach out to us via the contact form or using the chat to get started.

What is the difference between a seat and a user?

We separate users and seats to make it easier to manage your users without the need of adjusting your subscription every time. A seat is the total amount of active users you can have at any given moment, and a user is somebody with access to the system. You can have fewer active users than seats, but you will still be charged based on the number of seats in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can settle payments using most credit/debit cards as well as bank transfer.

Are updates included in my subscription?

Yes, updates are included in all subscriptions at no additional cost.

Do you provide any bulk discount?

Yes, we provide bulk pricing upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time as none of our plans have any long-term commitments. As per our Service Agreement, please note that any remaining duration of your subscription can not be refunded.

Can I get a free trial?

You can book a personal one-to-one meeting with one of our product specialists to see how the software will benefit your business. We do not have the option to issue trial accounts, but you can always subscribe to a monthly plan to try without any commitment.

What happens if my payment is late or I miss a billing cycle?

If you forgot to renew your subscription you can still continue to access it during a grace period that lasts for a few days.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription you can still access the system until the end of your subscription in order to download a copy of your data. Once your subscription has expired, your data will be permanently deleted.

How is my data stored and protected?

Your data is stored on our own private cloud with enterprise-grade security. You can also learn more about security to see what we do to help keep your data safe.

Is the software GDPR-compliant?

Yes, we are fully GDPR-compliant.

Can I use the application on my phone or tablet?

Yes, you can access Estatebud from any modern phone or tablet.

Do you have any instructions how the system works?

What login credentials do I use and where do I find them?

The moment your subscription is activated you will receive a welcome email with instructions and account credentials in order to access the app.

How do I set up my account for the first time?

If you have not yet scheduled a free training session, please reach out to us to get you started.

Can I transfer data from my existing provider?

Yes, you can transfer data from any provider as long as you are able to export your data. You can also read more about migrating your data to us.
